These 250 pages comprise some of the very best interpersonal communication /conflict management advice and in my years of reading its right up as one of my ten best books. While it peppers you with constant "how to" examples, tips and strategies, these are all presented in a sufficiently theoretical context to satisfy the most cerebrally inclined of us.
There are some wonderful expositions of all kinds of devices but some of my favourites are the way they deal with moving from certainty to curiosity, blame to contribution and intension to impact.
