Crucial conversations seminar_Title

All too frequently we either hide from difficult people situations or confront them ineffectively. Good communication fails us and suddenly we are searching desperately for the right words, tact and know-how.

I offer a one to two-day seminar about learning how to have more powerful, polite and effective workplace conversations. Whether it’s the senior executive team or front line staff, we can all manage situations better, and this core programme can be adapted accordingly.

"Fighting fire with fire usually ends up in ashes and respectful considerate behaviour usually attracts like behaviour." – Abigail Van Buren
